A2. The steps involved in registering on our website are:

a. Go to the homepage, and select “Register as Company� in the Registration section.
b. Please provide your details by filling in all the fields marked with an * (mandatory fields).
c. Press the “Submit� button.
d. You will receive an email confirming your registration.
e. You can now log in and search for service providers/consultants or post your new requirements for service providers to apply to.
f. However your account is not yet active. Other users will not be able to see your profile or access the assignments posted by you.
g. Your profile registration details will be reviewed and approved by our administrator. This is an additional step unique to our site. Our administrator reviews all details posted by our users before it is made visible to the world. This is to avoid errors of any sort. However, if any user deliberately posts false data (such as a false name or address), there is no way for us to screen such information. We do, however, take strong exception to any objectionable material posted on the site.
h. You will receive another email informing you that your account is active.

f. You can see the assignment immediately in “My Posted Requiement� area.
g. However, the requirement will be reviewed and approved by our administrator before it is open to the public. You will be notified if there is any issue with the contents of your assignment.

A10. The following steps will take place after you post a requiement:

a. The requirement is reviewed and posted on the website.
b. Service Provider will then post their applications on the website.
c. If a service provider’s application satisfies you, you can contact the service provider directly and decide if he/she fits the bill.

Q11. Can I edit a posted assignment?      Ans.

A11. Yes, you can edit a posted assignment.

a. Go to “My Posted Requirement� (in the left hand menu) and press the “Edit� button.
b. Make the necessary changes and press the “Update Requirement� button.

Q12. How do we find the right service provider?      Ans.

A12. There are several ways of finding the right service provider:

a. Search for a using the “Search� option in respective service provider block.
b. Post your requirement and wait for service providers to respond to your posted requirement. (also see Q10 above).

Q13. How do I see the service providers application sent in response to my assignment?      Ans.

A13. You can view the applications of service providers by going to your personal lounge area:

a. Click on “My Posted Requirement� in your personal lounge section.
b. Against each requirement, you can click on the “View Applicants� button to view the applications of all the service providers who have responded to your requirement.

Q14. How do we know a service provider’s information is genuine?      Ans.

A14. LogisticsIndiaGuide does a basic check of the service providers’s information (for completeness, gross misinformation, etc). However, we do not verify the authenticity of the details provided by the servicer provider. You will have to verify his/her details either by talking to the individual, or by conducting a background check of the service providers

Q15. How do we pay the service provider?      Ans.

A15. The terms of payment will have to be decided by mutual agreement between the you and service providers. LogisticsIndiaGudie will not be involved in that part of the process.
